Returns: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Certain exclusions apply outside of factory sealed products (e.g., downloadable content and graded products).
 

Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Card Grading Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Khighs Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with the grading of cards through Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) and/or Beckett (Beckett Collectables).

Acceptance of Terms: By submitting cards to us for grading, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your cards.

Submission of Cards: When you submit cards for grading, you provide us with all necessary information and authorisation to process your submission with PSA and/or Beckett. You represent and warrant that you own the cards submitted and have the right to submit them for grading.

Financial Responsibility: a. Upcharges: You understand and acknowledge that PSA and/or Beckett may impose additional charges on the grading services based on the declared value of your cards or other factors. You agree to be fully responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of these upcharges. b. Payment Terms: All upcharges will be communicated to you after processing your submission is complete and paid for by Khighs up-front as to not disrupt the progress of other customers submissions. Please note that any applicable upcharges (e.g., grading company surcharges or shipping adjustments) must be settled in full before your cards are returned. We appreciate your understanding.

Liability: While we take great care in handling your cards, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the grading, including but not limited to issues arising from PSA's grading decisions or delays. Disclaimer: Khighs is not liable for any loss or damage to items during transit. However, insurance coverage is included to help protect your cards in the event of any shipping issues.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
